Mah Jongg is a challenging four-player tile game that incorporates skill, luck and wit. Some liken it to a combination of playing rummy and poker. The game originated in China many centuries ago, was brought to the West in the 1920s and is experiencing a surge in popularity with on-line play, tournaments, cruises and social play.
Instructor Charlotte Parris will be giving lessons in American Mah Jongg using the American Mah Jongg League Card and the AMJIA Lesson Plan.
