Cooking with Chef Rebecca: Pies In-Person
Berkeley County Library System (BCLS), has added two additional sessions of "Cooking with Chef Rebecca!", a series of interactive cooking classes with the below schedule:
Registration is required for each class. Please visit berkeleylibrarysc.libcal.com/ and click on the event of the participating branch.
"Cooking with Chef Rebecca" interactive classes will provide customers of all ages FREE learning opportunities to acquire basic cooking skills and interact with community members sharing common food interests.
*Kids in the Kitchen: *(Ages 3+ with parental/guardian supervision). Children and their parents will gain basic kitchen skills while making easy recipes using simple ingredients.
Recipes will change by class and location!
Pasta Making: Learn to make delicious pasta dishes from scratch with a few basic ingredients.
Pies: Get ready for holiday baking by brushing up on your pastry skills! Learn pie crust techniques, and delicious filling ideas, and take a pie home to bake.
Cinnamon Rolls: Join professional pastry chef Rebecca Antill and learn to make decadent cinnamon rolls. Participants will learn to make several flavors of rolls and will get to take home a pan to bake!
